The Science Learning Centre Yorkshire and the Humber will be running a number of courses developed by science professionals and experienced technicians to help you develop your role as a technician and to effectively support a busy science department. Please see the attached flyer for further information.
We pride ourselves on making sure that you gain as much hands-on experience as possible during our courses and that you have the chance to share ideas and concerns with other technicians. These courses will be no exception, and so we are sure that you - or a colleague - will gain a great deal from attending them.
Course fees for technicians is £110 and thanks to funding from the Department for Education, technicians may be eligible for an Impact Award of £100 per training day.
