About Science Technicians.org

Google Science Technicians

Sciencetechnicians.org is a free online resource, with the aim of promoting and supporting the work of Science Technicians in education, and to encourage the communication and sharing of good practice amongst Science Technicians.

It was founded by a Science Technician, with the intention of building a national network of Science Technicians.

After discussions with the Local Authority Schools Advisor for Science, a need, by Science Technicians for a dedicated helpline was expressed. However, due to time and budget constraints, this was not possible.

This led to the development of Sciencetechnicians.org.

Between us, Science Technicians have a wealth of knowledge and experience which, through the online forum, can be directly shared with all Science Technicians.

We are currently exploring the creation of a tailor-made professional development program and would like to hear from you if there are any areas of particular interest to you.

We encourage you to make as much use of the forum as possible. The more members who actively post on the forum, the more valuable a resource the site will be to you.

Membership is free and registration is simple and quick.

To become a member and have access to the Sciencetechnicians.org/forum please email your name, job title, and the name of your school/college/university to:
